Game Summary

     The Blue Angels had a temporary lapse in offensive prowess during this game which resulted in the lowest 9 inning run output in franchise history.  Defensively, the Blue Angels were above their average behind pitcher #22 Sandi Schellenberg, who had 2 strike outs in the game.  The base running let the Blue Angels down.  Several outs were donated to the opponents on base running blunders.  Despite this, the Blue Angels would still have had to get base hits, which they had one of legitimately in the first 3 inning.  #6 James Mahon and #19 Michael McKenney both went a legitimate 3 for 3 in the game while #9 Casey Perreault was on base 3 times herself.  The Blue Angels drop their first game in July, ending a 5 game win streak, hoping to put this offensive dud behind them.  Their record now stands at 10-6 for the season.
