Game Summary

     There was a little bit of everything in this game, another mercy win for the Blue Angels.  Apparently, this opponent (at least the monkey at shortstop.... white guy.... no racism here) still had a hard on for the Blue Angels from last week when they savagely fed them from behind in a humiliating defeat.  This hero took a 4 pitch walk in the first inning, which scored the first run of the game, a proud moment which lasted until the bottom of the 2nd inning when the Blue Angels put up an 8 spot, scoring all the runs they would need in one inning.  #8 Chris Herbert would hit his 6th home run of the season, at the complex no less, in the bottom of that 2nd inning.  The Blue Angels would score an addition 12 runs for good measure including a 7 run bottom of the 5th led off with an inside the park home run by #84 Myles Calvert which seem to infuriate the opponent as witnessed by the ridiculous throw to home nearly injuring their catcher.  Of significance, #19 Michael McKenny, going perfect at the plate for the day, has now reached base his last 15 at bats.  On the downside, the Blue Angels last at bat ended with 2 straight strike outs (see below) which probably made the opponents erect for a brief moment.  The Blue Angels get to beat up this opponent again next week but for now hold a 13-6 record and push their July to 3-1.
