Game Summary

• Game #2 of a double header against an 'uncool' team, the only team worse than the Flaming Moe's in the standings.
• Another really close game that would've been fun to play in if it weren't for several d-bag opponents.
• The teams split the 1st inning 4-4 and after the Flaming Moe's went up 8-4 after the top of the 2nd inning, they surrendered 7 runs in the bottom half to trail 11-8 after 2 innings.
• A 6-run top of the 3rd inning gave the lead back to the Flaming Moe's (14-11).
• After giving back 1 run in the bottom of the 3rd inning and losing the 4th inning 2-1, the score was in the favour of the Flaming Moe's 15-14 after 4 innings.
• The Flaming Moe's won the 5th inning 5-1 but scored no runs in the top of the 6th inning, forcing the opponents to score 5 runs to tie the game in the bottom of the 6th and last inning.
• They score 6 runs to win the game in a walk-off, although, the Flaming Moe's had to tell them they won (idiots).
• All of the Flaming Moe's batters had more than one hit and even with fielder's choices taken into consideration, only 1 batter had less than 2 hits.
• Starting pitcher #66 Heather Clifford left the game after 3 innings with the lead and was in line for the win until relief pitcher #5 Mike Frank blew the save in the bottom of the 6th inning (that's a joke) after fantastic 4th and 5th innings.
• How about some great nights (both games) from #3 Amanda Di Teodore (10-9 with 4 runs scored), #5 Mike Frank (9-8 with 7 runs scored), and #17 Theresa Brooks (9-8 with 2 runs scored).
• The loss drops the Flaming Moe's overall record to 5-17 and ends July 2-10.
